FOUNDATIONS
Book a “No Sweat” Intro
Start from the beginning:
Those who are new to CrossFit complete four, one-on-one 60-minute Foundations sessions with one of our experienced coaches. These sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements of CrossFit including:
- Squat (back, overhead, and front)
- Deadlift
- Basics of the Olympic lifts, snatch, clean and jerk
- Shoulder presses, push press and push jerk
- Bodyweight movements, pushups, pullups, sit-ups, etc.
The purpose of the Foundations classes is to introduce movements to new athletes with minimal to no intensity, this way we are able to ingrain proper and safe movement patterns. These one-on-one sessions will allow you to integrate EASILY and SAFELY into our regular CrossFit classes. The sessions are scheduled at a time convenient to you.
