After all, becoming the best version of you means doing things with you may not be comfortable with at first. A Good Personal Trainer can do it all, coach, cheerlead, and be your biggest fan, but also know when to push you. We’d like to think we know more about building habits and creating workouts that you’ll love than anyone else – we’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. At Decima, we strive to think outside the box and avoid the traditional ways of fitness. We don’t use machines like most gyms because the real world is all about functional movement, we like to say “we create machines not use them”. Personal training is absolutely essential to improvement, Even our personal trainers coach and train each other. Everyone needs a coach!

What to expect:

BUILD SPECIFIC SKILL SETS
Want to perfect your gymnastics, get your first muscle-up or dial in your Olympic lifts? Private coaching is a way to get individualized attention to the everyday athlete. If you need some extra work outside of class schedule your one-on-one with your favorite coach.
SET GOALS
Look good, feel good, live healthier…all of the above. Whatever your reasons for being here, we will help you identify them and reach them.
NUTRITION COACHING
You cannot outwork a bad diet. The food we eat has a lot to do with our health; food can be medicine and help with all aspects of fitness. Your coach will help you identify the right nutritional path and help keep you accountable.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Pick your coach and pick your time. Private Coaching can be scheduled anytime that fits your schedule.
SPECIALIZED PROGRAMMING
If you are training for a specific event your coach will create a plan that will give you the edge during the competition. Because let’s face it, we all love to give our best, put in the hard work and reap the rewards of a job well done.
