During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps.  You will meet with one of our friendly coaches for a “No Sweat Intro”, no working out just a conversation on what your goals are and how we can help.

OUR FOUNDATIONS

We will help you get started, with a focus on learning and safety. The goal is long term fitness!

These will be 1-1&1/2 hours long.

FOUNDATIONS+ - Duration: 8 Weeks - 4 Weeks of Foundations and 4 Weeks of Group Classes.
Foundations - Duration is 4 weeks, 8 sessions total. This is a start, we coach athletes through 8 personal sessions beggining with the basics and finishing with the Olympic lifts. Its a great stand alone program for anyone interested in improving and feeling more confident.

STARTING OFF CAN BE INTIMIDATING FOR MANY AND THAT’S WHY WE HAVE A GUIDED INTRO EXPERIENCE FOR YOU.
